The problem with nutritional supplements is that you really can't stuff a single tablet with enough nutrients to really effect the physiology. In reality, you need fairly high doses of standardized extracts of Ginger and Curcumin to effect the inflammation and pain. Same thing with Magnesium and Malate when trying to relax muscle tissue. Then if trying to revitalize cellular energy production and detoxfication, expensive nutraceuticals such as alpha lipoic acid, acetyl-L-carnitine CoQ10, silymarin need to be in high enough levels to effect cellular physiology.
