CoQ10 acts a major co-enzyme in your cells mitochondria in the production of energy (ATP) and acts a major anti-oxidant protecting your mitochondria. CoQ10 may help in cases of chronic myofascial pain and fatigue. I have found CoQ10 to be a vital nutrient for fibromyalgia and chronically fatigued patients. A daily dose of 100 mg of CoQ10 is usually adequate however is severe cases, a daily dose of 200 mg a day may be needed. Therefore with Q-SORB you need only one to two softgels per day, a single bottle can last up to two-months. Don't skip on this supplement if you suffer with fibromyalgia and/or chronic fatigue.
